摘要
目的分析我市药品不良反应发生情况,为保障社会公众安全用药提供参考。方法对我市2007年上半年报告的674例ADR进行统计和分析评价。结果报告中引起不良反应的药物共有209个品种,其中抗感染药品占首位,其次为中药制剂;给药途径以静脉给药、口服为主;临床表现主要为皮肤反应,其次为消化系统反应。结论应加强ADR的监测工作,合理使用抗菌药物,降低ADR的发生。
Objective To analyze the occurrence and trend of the adverse drug reaction （ADR） in Wuhu, to provide information for the public to use medicine safe. Methods 674 cases of ADR were collected and analyzed in the first half-year of 2007 in our city. Results In the reports, it was related to 209 species of drugs, anti-infective drugs was the first, and Chinese medicine preparation was the second. The method of treatment was mainly by oral and intravenous administration. The most common clinical appearances of reported cases of ADR were skin and its accessories damage and secondly were digestive system reaction. Conclusion It should be strengthened for monitoring of ADR, so as to decrease the occurrence and trend of ADR.
