摘要
目的为牡丹根腐病病原菌的防治提供依据。方法采用定点、定时、定株观察与田间普查相结合,对致病菌进行室内分离培养,并对药剂防治病原菌的效果进行田间小区筛选试验。结果病害严重发病时期为4月至7月,病原菌最适生长温度为25℃~30℃;药剂防治效果的筛选以绿亨一号的抑菌效果最好,抑菌率达到98.4%;70%甲基托布津抑菌率为95%。结论以绿亨一号3000倍液灌根,每窝1000mL,或采用70%甲基托布津1000倍液每窝1000mL,灌根,能达到较好的防治效果。
Objective To provide the reference basis for preventing and control of Root Rot Disease from Peony. Methods The field investigation and observation were carried out by fixed-point, timing and fixed plants. Results It was showed that a serious plant disease incidence was prevalent yearly from the April to the July, and the growth suitable temperature was at 25-30℃ for plant pathogenic fungi. The best control efficiency was Hymexazol and Thiophanalemethy from chemical pharmacy screening treatment of the pathogens of Root Rot Disease. Conclusion The best control treatment was to irrigate root using 1 000 mL Hymexazol with 3 000 times diluted per hole, or 1 000 mL70% Thiophanate-methyl with 1 000 times diluted per hole.
