摘要 从舰船液压装置及其故障的特殊性出发,提出液压系统是个灰色系统,其故障具有灰色性质,从而为灰色系统理论应用于液压装置的故障诊断提供了前提.鉴于液压系统的状态特征参数不确定或存在区间取值,基于模糊隶属函数提出了一种模糊灰色关联诊断模型,并对舰船液压装置进行故障诊断研究.结果表明,在信息量较少的情况下,模糊灰色关联分析方法是舰船液压装置状态识别与故障诊断的一个有效工具. It is put forward that the hydraulic system is a grey one and its faults possess grey property because of the particularity of the ship hydraulic equipment and its faults, which lays a basis for using the grey system theory in fault diagnosis of hydraulic equipment. By reason of the condition characteristic parameters of hydraulic system being uncertain or existing interval coverage, based on fuzzy membership functions, a new fuzzy grey relational diagnostic model is introduced and it is used to research on fault diagnosis for ship hydraulic equipment. Under the circumstances of less information, it shows that the fuzzy grey correlation analysis method is an efficient tool for the condition identification and fault diagnosis in the ship hydraulic equipment.
