摘要
作为社会设定的警察行为之应然,警察伦理规范被信守的前提在于其自身的现实合理性。这种合理性除了它所蕴涵的价值精神合乎社会发展规律之外,还应包括以下方面的基本要件:(一)警察伦理规范必须是国家和社会价值期待的真实体现;(二)警察伦理规范必须具有一个完整而和谐的准则体系;(三)警察伦理规范必须植根于客观的社会道德现实。这不仅有助于警察伦理规范之应然向实然的转化,也有利于提高当代警察伦理道德建设的水准。
