摘要
以DSP处理器为核心,不规则金属为对象,实现频率跟踪的数字锁相环(DPLL),以IBGT为逆变控制器,设计出中频感应加热电源机组,并设计出一种新的模糊PID控制方法,对于一个具有不同材料构成、形状不规则的工件,可以实现感应加热电源的输出功率的动态调整,实验证明该加热方法具有广泛的应用性。
This paper introduces a new irregular metal heat treatment based on DSP,the inverter using IGBT modules is developed,and the Digital Phase Looked Loop is applied.A new fuzzy PID controller is also designed,and a metal which is made of kinds of materials and has irregular shape has been made experience.Experimental results show the output power of this new induction heating can make adjustment with the heating process of the metal,and can be used broadly.
