摘要
根据工程陶瓷的性能特点,研制了孕镶金刚石钻头并对其进行孔加工实验研究。从工具磨损、工具寿命、加工效率及加工质量等方面对钻头加工工程陶瓷的性能进行了全面分析。发现钻头的整个磨损过程可分为3个阶段;孔加工时间随孔数近似呈周期性变化;钻压和钻头壁厚适当时,可获得更高的加工效率或者工具寿命。针对工程陶瓷的孔加工缺陷,提出了预压应力钻削法以改善其入、出口的加工质量。结果表明:所研制的金刚石钻头完全胜任工程陶瓷的磨削钻孔加工。该文成果为孕镶金刚石工具在工程陶瓷孔加工领域的应用提供了技术基础。
According to the mechanical characteristics of engineering ceramics, the special diamond impregnated bits are developed for hole drilling. The cutting performances of the bits are analyzed from the following aspects, such as bit wear, working life, machining efficiency and machining qual- ity. The results show that: the whole bit wear process can be divided into three phases; the regulari- ty of the machining time per hole with the number of holes machined is close to a periodic variation; higher machining efficiency or working life can be obtained when the drilling pressure and the wall thickness of the bit are advisable. Aiming at the drilling defects in engineering ceramics, drilling with compressive pre-stress is proposed. Experimental results show that the bit is suitable for the drilling of engineering ceramics. Research achievements provide technical bases for the application of diamond impregnated bits in hole drilling of engineering ceramics.
