摘要
目的:探讨医院制剂室现代化管理。方法:介绍制剂室现代化管理的思维模式、基本原理和实施情况。结果:医院制剂室的管理应确立现代化管理的思维模式,充分运用现代化管理基本原理,以管理促效益,实现规范、有序和高质发展的目标。结论:应用现代化管理的思想和手段对制剂生产及工作人员实行规范管理,可以保证制剂质量,提高工作效益。
Objective：To discuss the modern management of department of pharmaceutical preparation in hospital.Methods：The thinking mode,basic principle and application of this management mode are introduced.Results：When the modern thinking mode is established and modern management mode is used fully,the goal of regular,orderly and high-quality development can be achieved.Conclusion：The quality of product and efficiency of work can be improved by application of the ideology and means of modern administration in the department of pharmaceutical preparation in hospital.
