摘要
依据有、无功电能表的工作原理,提出在用户计费清单、电力营销系统中通过用电量和功率因数的联动变化关系来筛查、判断高压计量装置异常与否的方法。该方法使得用电检查效率大为提高,具有很强的实用性。
The working principle of active and reactive energy meter was introduced. Based on that and the customers＇ charge lists and mutual variable relation of the consumed energy and its power factor in the power sales system, the method of sifting and judging whether the high voltage metering devices to be abnormal, was proposed. This method greatly enhances the efficiency of inspecting the electric energy user, and has strong practical use.
