摘要
计算出了无偏差分离和有偏差分离两种状态反应分离过程特征的分离曲线.理论上建立了非稳定量对分离曲线影响的宏观模型,并以“浓度”为例进行了分析.理论结合实验,对几种主要系统偏差影响分离曲线的规律进行了研究.
Calculating methods for the separating curve of deviating separation and non deviating separation are described, and the regularity of variation of the curves in both cases have been obtained. The effects of certain factors on the separating curves are studied. According to the mass transfer by convection, a macroscopic model for giving the effect of some non steady quantities on the cruves is developed. As an example, the effects of “concentration” are discussed. With tests performed on a type FW fine turbo classifier, the effects of the local eddying flow in the separating zone, incomplete dispersion of the feed and the comminution phenomenon of the classifier on the separating curves are investigated.
