摘要
利用BTK理论和Nambu自旋格林函数方法计算了铁磁/超导结构中铁磁一侧的准粒子局域态密度(DOS)和超导序参量.计算结果表明在铁磁层中超导邻近效应引起了具有超导特征的准粒子局域态密度和非零的超导序参量,随着离界面距离的增加两者都呈现了从"0"态到"π"态的衰减振荡行为并且具有相同的振荡周期.
This paper extened the BTK theory and the Nambu spinor Green' s function approach to study the proximity effects in ferromagnet/superconductor junctions. We calculate the induced superconducting order parameter and density of states (DOS).It is found that the induced density of states in the F side displays a damped oscillating from "0" state to "π" state in period 2 π ξFwith increasing the distance from the interface,which corresponds just to the reversion of the superconducting order parameter from positive to negative.
