摘要
基于有限元理论,对包装件跌落冲击进行仿真分析。以Pro/E、ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件为开发平台,模拟包装件受到冲击时的力学性能和动态特性,设计合理的缓冲结构形式,运用试验的方法来验证设计的可靠性。
Packaging drop impact was simulated with finite element theory. Pro/E and ANSYS/LS- DYNA software was used as development platform to simulate the mechanical performance and dynamic characteristic of packaging when subjected to drop impact. Cushion packaging structure was design and the reliability of the model was validated by test.
