摘要
目的比较博乐欣与氯丙咪嗪治疗抑郁症的疗效及副反应。方法将168例符合CCMD-3抑郁症诊断标准的抑郁症患者随机分为2组,分别给予博乐欣和氯丙咪嗪治疗,疗程6周,于治疗前后分别用HAMD和TESS评定疗效和副反应。结果博乐欣组与氯丙咪嗪组的总体疗效相似,但博乐欣起效快,副反应明显少于氯丙咪嗪。结论博乐欣是一种安全有效的抗抑郁症药物,起效快,副反应轻。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and side effects of Blossom and Chlorimipramine in the treatment of depressive disorder. Methods 168 patients with depressive disorder that were diagnosed according to CCMD-3. They were randomly divided into two groups and each group was treated with Blossom and Chlorimipramine for 6 weeks, respectively. Efficacy and side effects were evaluated with HAMD and TESS before and after the treatment. Results Blossom and Chlorimipramine had similar therapeutic efficacy, but Blossom took effect more quickly and had less side effects, Conclusion Blossom is a safe and effective anti-depression medicine with quick therapeutic effect and less adverse reactions.
