摘要 对广泛用于电厂主蒸汽管道的耐热钢12Cr1MoV的蠕变曲线进行了研究.将恒应力蠕变与恒载荷蠕变进行对比,证明原始的θ—ConceptProject方法可以成功地描述恒应力蠕变,但它不能用于恒载荷蠕变.根据12Cr1MoV钢的蠕变特性,提出一种修正的θ法,可以成功地描述恒应力和恒载荷蠕变曲线,从而可以利用已有大量的恒载荷蠕变数据,有效地进行的蠕变曲线的外推. The creep curves of heat resistant steel 12Cr1MoV was inveshgated. By constant stress creep tests. The creep curves of consent stress creep are quite different from that of constant load creep. The original θ-Concept Project procedure can be validared to successfully describe the constant stress creep curves but not constant load creep. A modified θ procedure was developed. This approach can successfully described both constant stress creep and constant load creep curves. The new approach leads to a great improvement in accuracy of long term prediction of extrapolation due to validation of a great number of existing constant load creep data.
