微型钢板在治疗掌指骨骨折中的应用

摘要 目的:研究微型钢板治疗掌指骨骨折的疗效。方法:对43例手部掌、指骨56处骨折行切开复位微型钢板内固定治疗。结果:术后随访6~12个月,骨折全部愈合,伤手掌指关节和指间关节伸屈功能恢复正常。结论:微型钢板内固定治疗手部骨折可缩短术后外固定时间,早期进行功能锻炼,有利于患手功能恢复,是治疗手部骨折较为理想的方法。 Objeetive:To explore the effect of the treatment of the metacarpal and phalangeal fracture with the mini-plates. Methods:Fifty-six metacarpal and phalangeal fractures in 43 patients were involved in the study. Fractures were freated with mini-plates. Results: All patients were followed for 6 to 12 months and bone union and good function of hand was achieved. Conclusion:The mini-plates can be applied with better results to heal the metacarpal and phalangeal fracture. It can make frac- ture fixation time shorter and functional exercise earlier and joint function rehabilitation better because of stable fixation.
