医学生与患者同上哮喘课的教学效果评价

摘要 目的 将哮喘患者引入医学生哮喘讲授课堂并评价其教学效果。方法 招募哮喘患者使他们与医学生共同参加支气管哮喘的授课活动。安排医学生在课间和课后与哮喘患者进行交流,课后通过问卷调查对此次教学效果进行评估。结果 评估结果显示,医学生及哮喘患者均对此次教学效果表示满意,满意率分别为94.9%和93.0%,学生和患者均认为这种教学模式不仅有助于提高双方对哮喘疾病的认识,还有助于提高医学生的医德水平。结论 此次教学改革,不仅提高了医学生和哮喘患者对哮喘疾病的认识,还有助于建立良好的医患关系。 Objective To lead the asthmatic patients into the medical students' lecture about asthma and evaluate its effect. Method Recruiting 42 asthmatic patients and ask them take part in the lecture about asthma together with 59 medical students, organizing discussion between the patients and students during lecture and after lecture, then evaluating the effect of the teaching reform using questionnaire. Result The result of evaluation showed that both students and patients expressed satisfaction with the result of the teaching reform, the satisfactory ratio were 94.9% and 93.0% , respectively, and thought it is helpful to raise their understanding level about asthma, and also to raise medical ethics level of the students. Conclusion The teaching model not only may raise the understanding level about asthma of both students and patients, but also help to build a harmonious relationship between the doctor and patient.
