摘要
针对蒸硒回转窑负压波动较大、窑尾冒酸水、温度控制不稳定、窑尾下料箱腐蚀严重、使用寿命短等问题,对蒸硒回转窑采取一系列改造和维护保养措施,取得较好的效果。
This paper describes a series of improvement and maintenance measures for rotary selenium kiln. They are used to solve many problems, for instance, negative pressure fluctuates badly inside the kiln, waste acid water flows off from the rear of the kiln, temperature is kept difficultly, blanking bin at the rear of kiln is corroded seriously, and the service life of the kiln is short. The result indicates that these improvement measures are successful.
