摘要
在领导者从事的工作中,激励和奖赏员工是最重要也是最具挑战性的活动之一。作为成功的领导者,必须意识到对某个人具有激励作用而对其他人可能作用很小甚至根本不起作用的刺激物。因此,领导者必须了解员工如何受到激励以及为什么会被激励,并把握好激励的平衡点对员工进行激励,以满足员工的需求,使所有的员工都愿意付出最大努力。
For an leader, incentive and reward of the staff is a most important and challenging job in their activities. A successful leader must realize the fact that an incentive that can stimulate one group pf persons may have little or no intimulative effcect on other griups. Therefore, he must understand how the staff are motivated and why they are inspired and grasp of the balance point to stimulate the staff , meets their need, causes all the staff to make their greatest efforts.
