摘要
针对传统的信息与时间电控系统ETACS(Electrical Timer And Control System)产品测试中存在的缺陷,利用虚拟仪器技术,对信息与时间电控系统产品测试进行了实验与研究,提出了一种ETACS自动测试系统设计方案;文中详细介绍了ETACS自动测试系统的系统组成,硬件结构和模块化的软件设计;测试结果证明该系统准确、可靠,操作简单,维护方便;它完全能够满足ETACS产品测试的技术要求,能对ETACS产品进行多项高复杂度测试,以保证其质量,满足汽车电子产品高可靠性的要求;该系统运行可靠,检测精度高,具有一定的实用性和推广价值。
Aiming at the disadvantages of the conventional ETACS (Electricial Timer And Control System) testing, relying on virtual instruments, according to the experiments and analysis of ETACS testing, this article introduces a design program of automatic testing system. The function of this system , hardware structure and software design based on model structure are specified in detail. Resuh of measurement proves that this system is exact and credible, the operation and maintenance for the system is convenient. It can accomplish several high complexity tests to ensure their quality, and satisfy the requirements of high reliability of automotive electronic products. The application shows that this system runs stably and accurately, the technology and methods adopted in the system are practical and worthy of using abroad.
