摘要
提出了在数控滚齿机上加工鼓形修形齿轮时,不需推导高次曲线方程就可以确定刀具中心位置坐标的计算方法,并在国家“八五”科技攻关课题《齿轮加工机床CNC系统》中应用。
A calculating method is suggested to determine the coordinate location of cutter center without deviation of curve equation of higher degree in machinlug drum corrected gear on CNC hobbing machine. The method is found application in' CNC SYSTEM FOR GEAR CUTTING MACHINE' which is one of key science & technology items during the sib Five-Year-Plan.
