摘要
江苏省水管单位体制改革工作领导重视、政策配套、计划周密、措施到位,抓得实,取得了较为明显的成效。全省有改革任务的79县(市、区)已基本完成分类定性的有57个县(市、区),改革工作进展顺利。通过改革,优化了管理队伍,完善了管理机构,提升了管理水平。
The reform of water management institutions in Jiangsu Province has been paid great attention and resulted in remarkable achievement due to policy support, good planning and effective measures. In the whole province, 57 in 79 counties （cities/districts） complete reorganization. The reform optimizes the structure of management unit and enhances the level of management.
