研究了直喷式二冲程柴油机的超细颗粒物排放特性,考察了负荷、转速、喷油嘴孔径以及燃料对排气中超细颗粒物数量浓度以及质量浓度的影响。研究结果表明:在不同的工况下,超细颗粒物的数量浓度和质量浓度没有明显的相关性;随着负荷的增大,排气中超细颗粒物的质量浓度增大,而数量浓度不一定增大;在低负荷时,排气中颗粒物数量浓度在450r/min时明显高于750 r/min,高负荷时则相反;在选择喷油嘴时,喷孔小的超细颗粒物排放水平不一定好;柴油中加入一定量的DMC,则排气中颗粒物数量浓度在低负荷时明显高于柴油,高负荷时低于柴油;而质量浓度明显低于柴油。
The ultrafine particle emission characteristics of a direct injection two-stroke diesel engine were studied. The impact of load, engine speed, nozzle hole diameter and fuel on the number concentration and the mass concentration of the ultrafine particle emissions were investigated. The results show that there is no obvious correlation between the number concentration and the mass concentration of ultrafine particle emissions under different operating conditions. The mass concentration increases, but the number concentration doesn't always increase, as the load increases. Under the low load condition, the number concentration at lower speed is obviously higher than that at higher speed, but under the high load condition, the number conentration at lower speed is lower than that at higher speed. The ultrafine particle emission performance is not improved when using the smaller nozzle hole diameter, when the engine is fuelled with diesel oil-DMC blend fuel, the mass concentration decreases significantly, the number concentration with diesel oil-DMC blend fuel is obviously higher than the number concentration with diesel fuel under low load condition and the number concentration with diesel oil-DMC blend fuel is lower than the number concentration with diesel fuel under high load condition.
