摘要
为预防和处理造成护患之间的矛盾和护理纠纷。在护理工作中,护理人员必须了解可能遇到的法律关系,以提高自我保护意识,增强法律意识,改善服务态度,认真执行各项规章制度,严格遵守劳动纪律;然而在护理工作中还普遍存在着法律意识不强的问题。护理工作者熟知身边的法律问题,势在必行。
In order to prevent and handle the conflict and dissention between patients and nurses in the nursing process, nurses must know the possible legal relationships to improve their self-protection concept, legal concept and service quality; and to obey the specifications and regulations seriously. Those who have no clear idea about the legal relationships should take the time to make a good research about it.
