摘要
随着医疗体制改革不断深入,对医院内部运行机制的改革也势在必行。本文主要从人事分配制度落后、医院内部运行机制盲目市场化、医院成本核算不完整这三个方面具体分析医院运行机制低效率的成因,并提出解决方法。
With the deep reform of hospital system, the hospital internal operation system has to be changed. Three elements about the low efficiency in internal operation system are studied： the drawback of distribution and personnel system, the unplanned market-oriented internal operation system and the incompleteness of hospital cost cheek. Solutions about these problems are put forward in the thesis.
