摘要
上海中环线跨共和新路立交(44+79+44+37)m连续钢箱梁桥跨径长、规模大,桥面变宽度30.8~44.1m。为维持既有共和新路高架和地面道路的交通,采用少支架大节段拼装法施工,在施工过程中调整线形和内力,体系转换后箱梁应力和线形取得满意的结果。介绍该桥的主要设计与施工特点。
The continuous steel box girder bridge with span arrangement (44 + 79 + 44 + 37) m of the Interchange on the Middle Ring Road spanning the New Gonghe Road in Shanghai City is great in span length, large in construction scale and the deck of the bridge has variable width 30.8 ~ 44. 1 m. To maintain the traffic flow on and under the existing New Gonghe Elevated Road in construction of the box girder bridge, the construction method of large steel block assem- bling and less scaffolding was applied. The geometric shape and internal forces of the girder bridge were adjusted in the construction and satisfactory results of both the stress and geometric shape of the girder after system transferring were achieved. In this paper, the principal design and construction features of the girder bridge are presented.
