摘要
在着重研究分析了两台35t/h链条锅炉改造为循环流化床锅炉后的炉膛结构、运行缺陷基础上,分析了沸上绝热段的低温灰焦特性和成因,在理论分析和运行实验的基础上,采用降低绝热段烟气温度和提高烟气流速两种方法,研究防止烟气结灰焦的方法.结果表明,当沸上绝热段处烟气温度过高或烟气流速过低时,易结低温灰焦;增加绝热段的受热面吸热以降低烟气温度或减少绝热段的截面积以提高烟气流速,减少内循环量及燃烧份额均能防止结灰焦;流经绝热段的烟气温度低于煤灰软化温度200℃或烟气流速大于3.5m/s时,能有效防止结灰焦。
By investigating and analyzing the structure of furnace chamber and operation defect of the circulating fluidized bed boilers upgraded from two 35 t/h chain boilers, the paper shows the characteristics of low temperature ash agglomeration on the insulated wall and its relevant causes. Then, the authors suggest two methods-lowering the temperature of flue on the insulated wall and raising its speed to prevent ash agglomeration from forming, and carry out relevant nmning experiments. The results indicate that it is easy to form low temperature ash agglomeration when the temperature of flue on the insulated wall is too high or the flue speed is too low, that it can prevent ash agglomeration from forming to reduce the flue temperature by improving heat absorption of the insulated wall or to reduce flue circulation and combustion ratio by lowering the sectional area of the insulated wall and increaing the flue speed, and that it is enough to avoid ash agglomeration to make the flue temperature lower than 200 ℃ of ash softening temperature or the flue speed more than 3.5 m/s.
