固相微萃取技术在职业卫生生物监测中的应用进展 被引量:2

摘要 固相微萃取(solid-phase mieroextraction,SPME)是1990年初由加拿大Waterloo大学Pawliszyn等在固相萃取基础上发展起来的样品预处理技术。固相微萃取是基于萃取涂层与样品之间的吸附(吸着)-解吸平衡而建立起来的集进样、萃取、浓缩功能于一体的新颖样品制备技术。具有无溶剂、可直接进样、操作简便快捷、灵敏、样品需用量小、特别适合于现场分析等特点。
