摘要
示范性高职院校建设需要更好的规划、更高的管理标准和更开阔的视野。示范院校的发展,需要清晰的策略分析,需要系统的、理性的管理方法。目前,多数示范性高职院校的建设方案更多体现的还是功能管理思路和策略。在建设方案设计中,要正视“设计壁垒”、考量“决策标准”、明晰“路径选择”。
The demenstrative higher Vocational Education need better programming, higher standards of management and newer viewsight. Their development need clear analysis on building strategies and systematic and reasonable methods of managing higher vocational education. Nowadays, most construction projects of demonstrative higher vocational schools mainly embody functional management thread and strategies. The design of construction project should envisage ＂design bulwark＂, consider the essentials of ＂decision-making standard＂ and ＂selection of pathway＂.
