摘要 采用NaY分子筛催化剂经离子交换和高温焙烧得到的HY分子筛,以乙醇和叔丁醇为原料在钢密封间歇反应釜进行醚化反应实验研究。考察了反应温度、反应时间、原料配比、催化剂用量等反应条件对醚化反应的影响。实验结果表明,催化剂焙烧温度为500℃下,反应时间为3 h、反应温度为120℃、催化剂用量为原料的25%、乙醇与叔丁醇摩尔比为5:1,叔丁醇转化率可达83.4%,选择性为76.92%,ETBE的收率为64.15%。实验中HY分子筛表现出较高的活性。 The HY molecular sieve was prepared bv the NaY molecular sieve catalyst after ionic exchan- ging and calcination process.Ethyl alcohol and tertiary butyl alcohol were used as raw material and the ethere- alization experiment was done in intermittent reactor. The effect of etherealization reaction conditions was studied including temperature,reaction time,material and catalyst quantity.The experiment data showed the optimum conditions.The calcination temperature was 500℃,reaction time was 3h,the reaction temperature was 120℃,the catalyst quantity was 25% of the ex- periment material,the mole ratio of ethyl alcohol and tertiary butyl alcohol was 5 to 1,the conversion rate of tert-butyl alcohol was 83.4%,the selectivity was 76.92% and the yield ratio of ETBE is 64.15%.The HY molecular sieve showed the high catalytic activity, selectivity and good stability.
