摘要 细胞外信号调节激酶是丝裂原激活蛋白激酶家族的重要成员。近年来发现其与肝纤维化的关系密切,可从多方面影响肝纤维化的形成。通过干预细胞外信号调节激酶通路,研究肝纤维化的发病机制和药物治疗是有希望的途径。 The extracellular signal-regulated kinase(ERK) is an important member of mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) family. The ERK signaling pathway is involved in liver fibrosis in many ways. It is a promising way to study the pathogenesis and therapy of liver fibrosis through intervention of ERK signaling pathway.
