^(18)F-FDG符合线路显像梅毒性淋巴结炎一例 被引量:3

摘要 患者男,33岁,左侧胸痛1个月,外院胸部CT检查示:左第9肋骨腋中线骨质缺损,门诊拟“转移性骨肿瘤”收入院。体格检查:未触及肿大浅表淋巴结,左侧胸廓明显压痛,其余各系统无异常。^18F—FDG符合线路显像示:双侧腋下多处葡萄糖代谢增高(图1),病灶与纵隔放射性比值为1.65~3.32,考虑恶性病变可能性大;左第9肋骨腋中线处葡萄糖代谢增高,考虑骨转移可能。
