^(18)F-FDG符合线路显像梅毒性淋巴结炎一例

摘要
患者男，33岁，左侧胸痛1个月，外院胸部CT检查示：左第9肋骨腋中线骨质缺损，门诊拟“转移性骨肿瘤”收入院。体格检查：未触及肿大浅表淋巴结，左侧胸廓明显压痛，其余各系统无异常。^18F—FDG符合线路显像示：双侧腋下多处葡萄糖代谢增高（图1），病灶与纵隔放射性比值为1．65～3．32，考虑恶性病变可能性大；左第9肋骨腋中线处葡萄糖代谢增高，考虑骨转移可能。
