摘要
论述了由于资源开采而引起的环境问题，并提出了相应的对策，包括法律的、经济的以及科学技术的对策与措施．文中不仅阐明了矿区环境保护的重要性和迫切性，同时还论证了再造一个优美矿区环境的可行性．
The paper discussed the problem of environment caused by the extraction of resources and put forward some corresponding countermeasures including law, economy, science, and technology. The paper not only illustrated the importance and urgency of environmental protection, but also discussed the possibility of reconstructing a beautiful mine field environment.
