摘要
研究超高频群脉冲(UGP)电化学加工中脉冲电压对底部间隙、侧面间隙和极间流场的影响.建立了群脉冲电化学加工中底部间隙和侧面间隙的数学模型,并基于流体中的气泡脉动建立了超高频脉冲作用下极间压力波的数学模型,采用数值模拟讨论了超高频群脉冲信号对加工间隙和极间压力波的影响.研究表明,群脉冲信号能够进一步减小加工间隙,进而增强压力波作用;超高频脉冲作用下的压力波比高频脉冲压力波更加强烈.超高频群脉冲电化学加工能够在高频电化学加工的基础上进一步减小间隙和改善流场,提高加工质量.
Investigates influences of pulses on the bottom gap, the side gap and the electrolyte flow field in ultra-short group pulses (UGP) electrochemical machining. Models of the bottom gap and the side gap under group pulses and model of pressure wave under ultra-short pulses were presented. Based on the models the influence on the gaps and the pressure wave under UGP were discussed. The gaps become less under group pulses and the pressure wave become stronger with less gaps. The pressure wave becomes stronger under ultra-short pulses than that under high frequency pulses. In contrast with high frequency pulses electrochemical machining (ECM), the gaps between electrodes were less and the characteristics of the electrolyte flow field were improved in UGPECM, so the machining quality becomes improved.
