摘要
用衍射光栅的正负一级的能量之比来弱化衍射光栅表面的粗燥,周期的细微畸变,介质分布不均匀等带给实际光栅与理想光栅之间的差异,弥补实际光栅单一级次信息在实验测量中在反应光栅结构参数的缺陷。文中用数值模拟的方法优化反演了几种浮雕面型光栅的结构参数,反演结果较理想,数值论证了该法的可行性。
In this paper, we deduce the difference, which origin from the roughness of the grating surface, the remoteness aberration in the period structure and the medium refractive index distribute uneven, between the exact grating and the academic one with the diffraction efficiencies of the two orders m =-1. In some degree, the method can offset the limitation of the single order reflect the structure parameters of the grating in the experiment. Firstly, we study the merit of the ratio of the two diffraction efficiency in the errors which exist in the exact grating. In the end, we gain the simulated experimental graphs of the transmittance spectrum of the gratings by the way of adding differ extent Gauss warps onto the ideal transmittance spectrum of several kinds gratings, And we calculate the parameters of the several kinds grating with the optimized arithmetic - Simulated Anneal Algorithm. The result of the parameters is excellent to the exact value.
