长江流域城市高层建筑能耗与节能研究

摘要 针对目前长江流域各大中城市高层建筑存在的能源不足问题,从城市气候与建筑特点入手,分析了高层建筑耗能的内在和外在原因。在此基础上,提出的高层建筑节能途径是:①提高建筑围护结构的热物理性能;②在建筑物的给水排水、电气和空调等设备的设计与选型方面采用有效节能技术;③在城市建设大型热泵站系统,以充分利用低品位能源。 Considering the inadequate energy resources supplied to high-rise buildings in both big and small cities in the Yangtze River valley,a problem of energy consumption and saving is analysed based on the thermophysieal nature of surrounding structure in construction and the energy consumption of construction.Useful ways to solve the problem are put forward,that is,to improve the thermophysical property of construction;to use effective techniques for energy saving in designing and selecting water supply and drainage system,electric and air conditioning devices;to build heavy-duty heating power station for fully utilizing lower grade resources.
