摘要
本文针对等离子熔射过程中多工作单元相互协调和工业过程复杂、非线性、强干扰特点,采用西门子S7-300型PLC作为现场设备控制核心,利用PC作为上位机执行射流图像采集与处理、过程监控、工艺优化与加工策略调整等,最后通过OPC协议建立PC与PLC之间数据通讯。实验结果表明该控制系统能够稳定工作,保证了等离子熔射成形性和最终皮膜质量。
To solve the question that the process of plasma spray is complex, nonlinear, uncertainty and adaptive distribute control required by the whole working units, Siemens S7-300 PLC is chose as the center control unit of the local devices, and also PC is selected for image gathering and processing of plasma jet, process monitoring, running of optimization algorithm and regulating of spraying strategies. Finally, OPC protocol is applied for the data communication between PC and PLC. The system is proved to be robust with respect to significant variations in the operating conditions by experimental results, hence it can improve the formability and finally coatings quality of plasma spray.
