摘要
随着我国新时期区域经济战略的重大规划和调整,以天津滨海新区开发开放为龙头的环渤海经济圈的建设已经提到国家战略的高度。这对于京津冀来说是推动经济新一轮腾飞的关键时刻,亟需在现有的基础上进一步促进京津冀地区社会、经济、文化的协调发展,积极推进区域产业分工与合作,发挥地区的比较优势,实现优势互补,差异化发展,构建我国北方强大的经济核心体系。
With the development and openness of Tianjin Binhai New Area as the leading role , making a Strategic programme on the development of China＇s District Economy , the economic construction of Huan Bohai Sea Economic Region should be regarded as one that concerns national strategies. The author proposes it is urgent to promote the coordinate development of society, economy and culture, advancing the industry division and cooperation and developing regional advantages so as to establish economical core systems.
