摘要
本文分析一台余热锅炉煮炉过程中因碱液进入过热器,使过热器对接焊缝及弯头部位断裂原因,认定其原因为碱引起的应力腐蚀,即苛性脆化。
It is found after a detailed analysis that the cracks in superheater tube butt welds and bends were caused by the ingress of alkaline liquids in the superheater during the boiling out process of a heat recovery boiler. The underlying cause has been ascertained as a stress corrosion, namely, a caustic embrittlement.
