摘要
研究了I2C总线协议内容,设计了基于CMOS技术的I2C总线接口的系统结构及实现方法。目前对于I2C总线的设计一般基于FPGA和单片机编程,文中采用CMOS技术设计和实现,具有结构简单、使用灵活、成本低、速度快的特点,在实际应用中可以满足3 MHz/s以下的传输速率,具有一定实用价值。
In this paper,I^2C Bus Protocol is investigated and a method to implement the I^2C Bus interface using CMOS technology is emphatically proposed. Most paper design I^2C base on FPGA and SCM program, this method based on CMOS technology, has several advantages such as simple structure, flexibility, low cost and high speed. This method can fulfil speed of below 3 MHz/s in serial communication, have some practicability.
