摘要
本文探析了当前高校就业率难以准确统计的原因,就业率作为教学质量指标的不完全合理性以及就业率造假问题的负面影响。提出了要从社会、高校、毕业生三方面树立科学的就业观和就业服务观,建立和完善各项就业制度与办法,形成良性就业与就业率统计的有效机制。
This article analyzes the causes for the appearance of inaccurate statistics on employment rate of universities or colleges, and points out that this inaccurate employment rate brings some negative-effects. It holds the opinion that it is not reasonable to use the employment rate as a norm for teaching quality. The article proposes that we must set up the ideas of scientific employment and employment service from the following three aspects: the society, the university or college and the graduates; meanwhile, we should establish and improve the relevant employment systems and means, so as to form an effective mechanism for the benign employment and gaining the accurate statistics of employment rate.
