摘要 冷轧薄带钢在充满保护气氛的连续退火炉中进行连续退火处理时,炉体及相连接设备和风道的密闭性水平,直接关系到产品的表面质量,同时也是体现设计、制造和安装技术水平的重要指标。结合立式连续退火炉在安装和维护中的密闭性问题,就炉体及循环风道的密闭性指标、相关密闭性水平的评估、大型循环风道的负压泄漏检测和堵漏技术等进行了实践和理论分析。 When cold rolled strip is treated in a continuous annealing furnace which is full of protective gas, the gas tightness of the furnace body, connected facilities and wind channels is an important indicator, which directly concerns product' s surface quality, and shows technical level of designers, manufacturers and erectors. In combination with vertical annealing furnace' s gas tightness problems in installation and maintenance, the gas tightness indicator and related level of the furnace body and circulation duct were evaluated. At the same time, technologies of negative-pressure leak detection and sealing were studied and analyzed.
