摘要
目的研究双黄连注射液和三黄胶囊的抗炎、促进肠蠕动作用及对肠粘连形成的影响。方法观察双黄连注射液、三黄胶囊或两者联用对山莨菪碱所致小鼠肠蠕动减慢模型、小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透模型、大鼠肉芽肿模型及大鼠肠粘连模型的作用。结果三黄胶囊高剂量组、低剂量组可显著促进小鼠小肠蠕动(P<0.05);而双黄连注射液对小肠蠕动无明显影响。双黄连高剂量组、小剂量组与模型组比较,对抑制小鼠毛细血管通透性有明显作用(P<0.05);三黄胶囊对毛细血管通透性也有明显抑制作用。三黄胶囊及双黄连组与模型组比较,对大鼠棉球肉芽肿形成有明显抑制作用。与模型组比较,三黄胶囊加双黄连组抑制大鼠肠粘连作用最明显(P<0.05);三黄胶囊单独应用也有一定作用,而双黄连注射液单独应用对粘连的抑制作用不显著。结论三黄胶囊对小鼠小肠蠕动具有促进作用,双黄连注射液及三黄胶囊均可抑制毛细血管通透性的增加及棉球肉芽肿的形成,双黄连注射液与三黄胶囊联合用药可明显抑制肠粘连的形成。
Objective To investigate the effect of Shuanghuanglian injection and Sanhuang capsule on the inflammation, the gastrointestinal transmit, and the postoperative adhesion. Methods The increased vascular permeability induced by acetic acid model in mice, the granuloma formation in subchronic inflammatory model in rats, the gastrointestinal transmit in intestinal paralysis mice, and the postoperative adhesion in rat model were observed. Results The findings showed that Sanhuang capsule could accelerate the gastrointestinal transmit, both Shuanghuanglian injection and Sanhuang capsule may inhibit acute inflammation and the granuloma formation, co-administration of Shuanghuanglian injection and Sanhuang capsule could attenuate the postoperative adhesion. Conclusion It suggested that co-administration of Shuanghuanglian injection and Sanhuang could attenuate the postoperative adhesion by inhibiting inflammation and promoting gastrointestinal transmit.
