摘要
导向器类零件分体式精铸的关键技术之一就是叶片模具的设计。利用专家知识,结合知识推理,实现了导向器叶片精铸模具的外围辅助机构的智能化生成,并与实例库中的实例进行匹配、比较,通过参数化进行修改,提高了设计效率,缩短了生产周期。
One of the key-technologies of guiding device investment casting is designing mold of blade unit. This paper realize creation of exterior auxiliary body of casting mold of guiding device blade unit intelligentizly, using expert knowledge and knowledge reasoning; then compare them with instances of instance base; and use parametric modeling to amend. This technic can enhance designing efficiency of exterior auxiliary body of casting mold of guiding device blade unit, and shorten manufacture cycle.
