烟草样品中几种化学成分的近红外分析精度研究 被引量:3

摘要 应用傅立叶变换近红外光谱仪,分别对具代表性的2003~2005年的烤烟样品和2005年烤烟样品建立了近红外光谱与灰分、尼古丁、石油醚提取物、石油醚提取物中性成分4种成分含量间的关系模型,经57个代表性样品预测精度的分析,F检验结果显示:灰分为1.2371;尼古丁为1.8262;石油醚提取物为1.6667;石油醚提取物中性成分为4.6311.两类近红外预测模型对灰分的预测没有显著性区别,而对尼古丁、石油醚提取物、石油醚提取物中性成分的预测有显著性区别. Correlation models of Fourier transform near-infrared ( FT - NIR) spectrum and four chemical components of Ash, Nicotine, Petroleum ether extracts (PEE), Petroleum ether extracts neutral (PEEN) of representative tobacco samples from 2003 -2005 and 2005 were estabhshed by using FT-NIR spectrograph. The correlation models' precision was checked up with 57 samples analysis. And the results of Friedman - test (F-test) on these two correlation models of Ash, Nicotine,PEE,PEEN were 1.24, 1.83, 1.67, 4. 63 respectively, which indicated that the results of Nicotine, PEE, and PEEN were significant difference while that of Ash was not at 0. 05 level.
