摘要
本文就电子政务在推进政府管理创新方面进行研究,探讨以电子政务为手段,建立一个高效率、低成本、行为规范、运转协调、公正透明的政府管理模式.阐述了电子政务在政府管理创新中的作用.
The paper studies the innovation of government management by means of e-government and establishment of the government management model in way of high efficiency, low costs, standardized behaviors, coordinated operation, fairness and transparency. It also discusses the role of the e-government during the innovation of government management
