摘要
根据分动器的结构特点,分析了分动器转矩分配比和锁止系数计算过程,得出转矩分配比与锁止系数有明确的函数关系,再根据某分动器的台架测试结果,得到该结构分动器的锁止系数,代入推导公式得到分动器分配到前后驱动轴转矩分配比.以某越野车为例,从最高车速、爬坡度、加速特性和最大牵引特性等方面,对此进行了对比计算,得出了最优工况.经道路试验,对最高车速、爬坡度、加速特性进行了验证,得出了与理论推导相吻合的结论,说明理论推导和仿真分析的合理性.该理论可以为同类型变速器的设计开发提供理论依据,也可以对采用分动器的越野汽车的性能匹配提供参考.
Based on the configuration of a vehicle,this paper analysis the torque assign ratio and lock coefficient of transfer case. An off-road vehicle is used as a example.A simulation calculation checks five case.The simulation results is same as road test results. An another important point is in the practical auto designing, usually the principle that designing the proportion of front and rear output torsion of torque transfer and lock coefficient as mentioned above could be implemented, because for different auto models, the relative overall structure characteristics are different, the working condition is not always fully loaded, the chosen allowable torsion capability of front and rear output torsion of torque transfer could not meet the demand of torsion capability of torque transfer output, the air pressure of front and rear wheel is different, etc. So when design the torsion rate and lock coefficient, the common method is that adding a modified coefficient on the basic academic value to meet the demand of different working conditions.
