摘要
针对我国第一条跨国大口径输油管道——哈中原油管道在分界点处的输送方案,与在境内管道输送存在着很大差异的特点,对该管道的工艺输送方案进行了技术分析和经济比较,为其它跨国管道的设计和建设提供借鉴。
Aiming at the first trans-country large diameter oil pipeline-the transporting process at the boundary point which is quite difference from that in China,the article describes the technical analysis and economic comparison to the cases of transporting process. The results provide a reference for the design and construction of other trans-country pipelines.
