摘要
利用拉伸试验机、扫描电镜和透射电镜研究了TMCP工艺生产的Nb微合金化X70针状铁素体管线钢板的包辛格效应。实验结果表明:此钢板的包辛格效应比较小,当预压变形量为1.2%时,包辛格效应的值最大,约为17MPa。该钢的包辛格效应较小主要是由于钢中有多种具有不同屈服强度的相存在,其屈服行为不同时。
Bauschinger effect of X70 acicular ferrite pipeline steel with niobium microalloy produced by thermomechnical controlled process technology was investigated.The experimental results is shown showed that the maximum value of Bauschinger effect is about 17MPa when the pre-compressive strain is about 1.2%.The Bauschinger effect of this pipeline steel is smaller than that of other steels,it is because that there are complex phases in the steel and the phases yield non-simultaneously.
