摘要
目的:建立利咽含片质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对利咽含片中桔梗、甘草、麦冬、南沙参进行鉴别,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定绿原酸、黄芩苷、甘草酸的含量。结果:桔梗、甘草、麦冬、南沙参定性鉴别灵敏、专属性好;绿原酸、黄芩苷、甘草酸的进样量分别在0.945~7.560、0.1625~1.3000、0.3825~3.0640μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系;三者平均回收率分别为99.98%、100.53%、100.22%,RSD分别为1.8%、2.1%、2.2%。结论:所建标准可用于利咽含片的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish the quality standards for Liyan buccal tablets. METHODS: The Radix Platycodonis, Radix Et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae, Radix Ophiopogonis and Radix Adenophorae in Liyan buccal tablets were identified by TLC, and the contents of Chlorogenic acid, Baicalin and Glycyrrhizic acid were determined by HPLC. RESUTLS: The qualitative identification of Radix Platycodonis, Radix Glycyrrhizae, Radix Ophiopogonis and Radix Adenophorae showed good sensitivity and specificity. The linear ranges of Chlorogenic acid, Baicalin and Glycyrrhizic acid were 0.945 -7.560, 0.162 5 - 1.300 0, and 0.382 5 -3.064 0μg, respectively. The average recoveries of the three were 99.98%, 100,53% and 100.22%, respectively with RSD at 1.8%, 2.1%, and 2.2%, respectively. CONCLUSION: The established standards can be used for the quality control of Liyan buccal tablets.
