摘要
基于过氧化苯甲酰在稀硫酸介质中,对亚硝酸根使亚甲基蓝的褪色反应的抑制作用,研究了一种新的过氧化苯甲酰的检测方法。过氧化苯甲酰浓度在0.8~4.0μg/mL范围内服从比尔定律,检出限5.24×10-9g/mL。
A new method for the determination of benzoyl peroxide was studied.It is based on the fact that benzoyl peroxide inhibits discoloration of methylene blue reducing by nitrite in diluted sulfuric acid medium.The Beer's law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0.8-4.0μg/mL with the detection limit 5.24×10^-9g/mL.
