摘要
台泥(英德)水泥有限公司2×5000t/d熟料生产线窑头和窑尾除尘系统均采用了BS930电除尘器。作者简要介绍了该类除尘器的工作原理、结构参数、和技术性能;重点就窑尾高浓度除尘器为实现高除尘效率、达标排放所采取的一系列创新技术和特殊措施。这两台电除尘器投运后就实现了稳定运行,并于2007年7月29日已顺利通过国家环保总局和中国环境检测总站的环保验收,排放浓度(标况下)均小于50mg/m3。
